Infrastructurelab provides employment consulting focused on hospitality, retail, and customer-service careers in Germany. Website descriptions of sessions, fees, and timelines are informational. A confirmed booking and fee apply only after we accept your request in writing.
No employment guarantee
Consultations, reviews, and preparation sessions do not guarantee interviews, job offers, visa outcomes, or employer introductions. You remain responsible for applications you submit and decisions you make.
Intellectual property
Site content, including guides, layout, and branding, belongs to Infrastructurelab or its licensors. You may not copy, republish, or commercially reuse materials without prior written permission, except for personal reference related to a consultation you purchased.
Written materials we send you
Summaries and checklists prepared for your session are for your personal use. You may share them with family or advisors helping your search, but not resell or redistribute them as a product.
User conduct
When contacting us, provide accurate information. Do not submit unlawful, harassing, or misleading content through forms or email.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Infrastructurelab is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or from career decisions made after a consultation. Our liability for a paid session is limited to the fee paid for that session, except where liability cannot be limited under German law (including injury to life, body, or health caused by negligence, or other mandatory liability).

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Courts in the applicable jurisdiction for Schuld, Rhineland-Palatinate, shall have venue where legally permitted, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
