Data we collect

When you submit a contact form or email us, we may process your name, email address, preferred consultation type, work region, and the message content you provide. If you book a session, we may also process scheduling details and documents you voluntarily send (such as a CV) for the purpose of delivering the consultation.

Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and basic usage logs may be processed when you visit the site, depending on cookie choices. See our cookies page.

Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to enquiries and delivering consultations — performance of a contract or steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Operating and securing the website — legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Optional analytics cookies — consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) where used.
• Meeting legal bookkeeping or retention duties — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is required for an ongoing matter. Session notes and documents you provide are retained for up to 36 months after the final session, or earlier if you request deletion where legally possible. Invoices and related records follow statutory retention periods in Germany.

Recipients

We use hosting and email providers who process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. Where analytics tools are enabled after consent, those providers receive pseudonymous usage data as described on the cookies page.

International transfers

If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses, together with supplementary measures where required.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to certain processing, and the right to data portability where applicable. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing. Children

Our services are directed at adults seeking employment. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
